Terms and Conditions of Sale – Condo Management Subscription

1. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”) apply to all commercial transactions concluded between Condo Assist Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Condo Assist”) and its customers, defined as any natural or legal person subscribing to a subscription for the condominium management services offered by Condo Assist.

2. Subscription

2.1. Any subscription to a service is subject to prior acceptance by Condo Assist.

2.2. Contracts concluded between Condo Assist and the customer for a specific subscription are governed by these Conditions, to the exclusion of any other document.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. Subscription prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payment is made according to the terms agreed upon between the parties at the time of subscription. Any late payment is subject to late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.

4. Duration of the Subscription

The duration of the subscription is specified during the subscription process. At the end of the initial period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for equivalent periods, unless terminated by the customer in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in these Conditions.

5. Services Included in the Subscription

Details of the services included in the subscription are specified in the contractual documents provided to the customer during the subscription. Condo Assist reserves the right to modify these services, notifying the customer in advance of any changes.

6. Termination of the Subscription

6.1. The customer may terminate the subscription by adhering to the termination terms specified in the contractual documents.

6.2. Condo Assist reserves the right to terminate the subscription in case of non-payment, material breach of the contract terms, or for legitimate reasons.

7. Liability

Condo Assist disclaims any liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, data, or any other damages related to the use of its condominium management services.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Condo Assist is committed to respecting the confidentiality of customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising from these Conditions shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction of the province of Ontario, Canada, and shall be governed by the laws of this province.

11. Modification of Conditions

Condo Assist reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes through Condo Assist’s website. By subscribing to a service, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
